Role of Block Resource Person (BRP)


Block Resource Centre under Samagra Shiksha, Assam is the academic body of the concerned Education Block. A Block Resource Person (BRP) under Samagra Shiksha, Assam works as Resource Person for providing academic support to CRCCs/ teachers/ students of the schools within the Education Block. BRP will act as a Resource Person in Science/ Mathematics/ Language/ Social Science. Each BRP must be well acquainted with basic principle of teaching, qualities of a good teacher, content and methodology, curriculum-syllabus and textbook, child psychology, value education etc.

RP for Science:
 A serving teacher (regular or SSA contractual) in Government/ Provincialised Elementary School having Post Graduation in Science discipline with Professional degree (B.Ed.) from recognized University / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed/ D.Ed.). Minimum, teaching experience in Government/ Provincialised school is 7 years.

RP for Mathematics: 
A serving teacher (regular or SSA contractual) in Government/ Provincialised Elementary School having Post Graduation in Science discipline having Mathematics as one of the Subjects at Graduation level with Professional degree (B.Ed.) from recognized University / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Minimum teaching experience in Government/Provincialised school is 7 years.

RP for Language: 
A serving teacher (regular or SSA contractual) in Government/ Provincialised Elementary School having Post Graduation in Arts discipline and having Assamese, Bodo, Garo, Bengali, Hmar, Hindi, Manipuri Nepali, Karbi, English as one of the subject at HS/HSSLC level with Professional degree (B.Ed) from recognized University / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed/ D.Ed). Minimum teaching experience in Government/Provincialised school is 7 years.

RP for Arts (Social Science): A serving teacher (regular or SSA contractual) in Government/ ProvinciaIised Elementary School having Post Graduation in Arts discipline having Social Science subjects (Political Science., History, Geography, Education, Sociology etc.) at Graduation level with Professional degree (B.Ed) from recognized University / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/D.Ed). Minimum teaching experience in Government/Provincialised school is 7 years.

Experience: 
The teacher must have 7 (seven) years experience of teaching in Govt./ Provincialised /Govt.recognised L.P, Middle and High Schools.
 
Age: Maximum age limit is 55 years.

Documents to bring for Jorhat Army Recruitment Rally


Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site :-
 
(a) Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
 
(b) Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts / photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
 
(c) Education Certificates
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School / College / Board / University.
(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.

(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and Particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal / stamp is endorsed.
(ii) A declaration to the effect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class / Executive / Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit attach as per Appendix ‘A’.
(iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex- Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
 
(l) NCC Certificate. NCC A / B /C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A /B /C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
 
(m) Sports Certificate.
(i) Sports persons can attend a recruitment rally as a normal candidate. Upon meeting the requisite age, education, physical & medical criteria and clearing the Physical Fitness Test, the candidates are eligible for undertaking the Common Entrance Examination. Sports pers are given bonus marks commensurate to their level of participation in sports competitions is attached as Appendix ‘C’.
(ii) The sports certificates issued by authorised sports federations are valid for two years from the issue date as on first day of the recruitment rally, for which the candidates is being screened.
(iii) List of sports for enrolment is attached as Appendix ‘D’.
 
(n) Affidavit. An affidavit duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate. No serial to be left blank in the affidavit. Format attached as per Appendix ‘E’.
 
(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are Mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits scheme.

3. The select list shall be published in two widely circulated news paper and website of the Directorate.

Selection Process of of AAI Recruitment 2020


- On the basis of the details furnished in application form, candidates shall be called for On-line examination and admit cards shall be issued to them accordingly. The admit card for on-line examination will be sent to the eligible candidates on their registered E-mail IDs only.
- Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in On-line examination and they will be called for Documents verification / Interview / Physical Measurement and Endurance Test/ Driving Test/ Voice test, as applicable for the post.

Application Fee of AAI Recruitment 2020


Application fees of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) is to be paid by the candidates. SC/ST/Female candidates have to pay only Rs. 170/- (Rupees One hundred and seventy only). However, PWD and apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI are exempted from payment of any fee. Fees is to be paid through ONLINE MODE ONLY. Fee submitted by any other mode will not be accepted.
